At A1 Fruiterers in Cornwall we love our groceries. Our Grocery department focuses on bringing our customers great products and experienced knowledge of what we offer.

We are a mix of specialty foods and everyday needs including vegetarian,vegan,and farm fresh that you expect from your local grocer. We support local and Organic producers; you'll find all sorts of Cornish products. We also focus on products from around the world inc fair trade products

Our mission is to find great new foods from around the world and bring them to your fingertips. Always on the lookout for new items, there are a few ways we accomplish our mission:
*We search the food market constantly
*We meet with new vendors
*We listen to our customers and try to find their favourite items

By using this philosophy to fill our shelves, we feel it promotes dialogue between our customers and us. We always want to hear about something our customers love or long for – it might be Cornish fish, fresh veg, or dried beans and pulses etc. We want to bring everyone something they can share with their friends and great foods our customers buy on line or when shopping in the west country for the first time.

We have a 15-year history as a food store and our passion for food has not diminished. Our goal is to experience food together with our customers. This is why we ask everyone to tell us about his or her favourite foods and this is why we are constantly sampling products.
