Welcome to The Organic Pantry, Croeso i Y Pantri Organig

We are an organic food and grocery shop, based in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, South Wales - which being just 10 minutes from the end of the M4 and central to the Amman and Towi valleys is easily accessable.

We deliver organic food and groceries in the South Wales area (SA post code area) throughout the week - anything from an organic veg box to a whole range of organic food and other organic produce.

About Us - Damian and Michelle Vaughan-Jones, until we opened our organic shop, first and foremost we were a design consultancy offering our design services to local as well as international companies; and using our design skills to set up our own clothing brand - glo4life - using only 100% organic cotton in production, environmentally friendly inks in printing and having a strong business approach.

So why did we open the shop?
Our 2½ year old son Thomas is the inspiration behind the opening of Ammanford's 1st fully organic grocery shop.

Tom was born 3 months early and spent that time in hospital, his birth led us to eating exclusively organic (we had eaten organic fruit and veg before then), and Tom has had nothing but organic food which has helped him to thrive and catch up on those crucial 3 months.

So we decided to open the shop after our personal frustrations of trying to buy quality organic food and groceries, locally - in one place!

We believe strongly in living and working in a sustainable manner, the protection of the environment and in organic principles…so to follow our dreams we hope through The Organic Pantry that we will have something that we can pass on to our son, something that has given back as much as it has taken out.
