At Langley Chase we focus on producing the finest organic lamb and mutton in the UK. In 2004 and 2003 we won Best Organic Lamb at the prestigious Organic Food Awards and in 2006 our mutton won gold.

Langley Chase is run in a traceable and transparent manner, lambs are butchered to each customer's requirement and delivered direct to the door. This website enables you to find out how we run our farm and care for our flock. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like further information or place an order.

We rear Manx Loghtan sheep. This distinguished multi-horned primitive rare breed (thought to have been introduced into the UK the by the Vikings) is healthier than commercial lamb. Studies by the Scottish Agricultural Colleges found Manx Loghtan lamb to be lower in fat and cholesterol than commercial breeds.

Langley Chase lambs grow slowly and naturally on the herb rich organic pastures of our small Wiltshire farm. They produce a distinctive, delicious, tender, organic meat low in fat and cholesterol. Lambs are hung and butchered to each customer's requirement by a Soil Association accredited butcher. Orders are delivered direct to the door, vacuum packed in cool boxes with farm information.

By purchasing through us not only do you receive wonderfully tasty organic lamb but assist in the survival of a rare breed and viability of small rural businesses.
