The Copas family have been producing luxury Christmas turkeys in Cookham Dean since 1957.
Maintaining the highest welfare standards, they still use centuries-old production methods (such as raising slow-growing breeds to full adult maturity, plucking by hand & game-hanging) to guarantee a deliciously dense, yet succulent meat with a full traditional flavour.

Each Copas turkey comes in its own carry-home box, complete with everything required to cook both the turkey (cooking instructions & a handy pop-up cooking timer) & the gravy (giblets, fresh rosemary & a traditional recipe) perfectly.

FREE RANGE ORGANIC TURKEYS
Our Free Range Organic turkeys are made up of approximately 5 different traditional bronze breeds & are free to stroll around glorious grass meadows, taking in the fresh air & countryside every day.
Natural cover is provided in the form of maize & sunflowers & their oat-rich cereal diet (with no growth promoting nasties) is supplemented by grazing on natural vegetation such as clover & grass.
Our organic certification is through Organic Farmers & Growers & we are now in our 4th year of organic production.
