The concept of 2BGreen Limited was originally conceived in 2004 by Steve Gerring, following research in to the range of environmental products available to the consumer.
Our shop in Rochester High Street presents a physical presence for our loyal customers to pop in and meet the team and see the latest products that we have sourced. 2BGreen Limited is your online ethical retailer for everyday products, ethical gifts, eco-friendly gadgets, solar equipment, fair trade and organic groceries.
We all make choices everyday that affect our lives and that of future generations, by ‘thinking green’ we can make our world a better place in which to live.
2BGreen Limited offers an extensive range of environmentally friendly products that allow people to make these informed choices for themselves, and influence their family, friends and the community in how they have reduced their impact on the environment.
2BGreen Limited is a commercial organisation with a conscious. As a business we believe that it is essential for the survival of the planet and our individual wellbeing that we consider the impact of our actions on the environment at every opportunity. We also believe that producers of our products deserve a fair deal for their products, hence the organisation supporting the principles of fair trade.
Our range of products have been selected because they are either, ‘fairtrade’, ‘organic’, ‘eco-friendly’, ‘recycled’, ‘energy saving’ or ‘solar’ and have a genuine appeal to our customers. We will strive to ensure that our actions and those of our suppliers have a positive impact on the environment. Suppliers and products are selected on the basis of their values and commitment being parallel to ours. Our packaging will be produced from re-used and recycled materials which may then be further used by our customers.
The business shall measure its carbon footprint and adopt such measures to offset this, through joining appropriate schemes. Check out our ‘news page’ for further information. Energy efficient equipment shall be selected and used within our shops. Transportation of our products to our premises and to our customers shall be given consideration to avoid unnecessary journeys and the selection of the most appropriate method of delivery.
