At Snakehall farm we grow a range of organic vegetables and herbs, which are on sale at our farmshop and from other suppliers (see website).
At Snakehall Farm we work as a team. Experienced support workers work together with the co-workers and volunteers to provide a stimulating and productive work place, where everyone participates as fully as possible.
We are committed to equal opportunities and actively encourage self advocacy and joint decision making."
We work together with other community businesses and charities; Social Services; Healthcare Trusts; carers and within Special Education. We receive most of our placements from these sources.
Our Management Committee is made up of voluntary Trustees/Directors who are local people with a wide range of relevant skills and experience. They meet regularly with the support workers, who co-manage the farm, Garden Team and representatives from the co-workers and our volunteer groups.
